The practice of the Firm is international, regional and local in scope and is focused primarily on commercial, financial, construction matters, procurements contracts, engineering contracts, government regulatory issue for its different authorities, banking and business transactions including, commercial contracts, joint venture, infrastructure projects, telecommunication, aviation, litigation, and arbitration. The Firm has been particularly active in the following practice areas: commercial laws of UAE and each of emirates dealing with regulatory matters of public sector entities, infrastructure projects, (procurement and engineering and construction contracts, inbound investment. The litigation case includes matters before all UAE Courts and tribunals including the Court of Cassation. details of the Firm's senior members in Dubai Office are as follows: A UAE national, Graduate of Al Ain University (LL.B. Hones.); Dr. Al Roken received his LL.M. and Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the University of Warwick, Coventry, England in 1992. Dr. Al Roken is an Associate Professor of Law and served as a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Law at UAE University, Al Ain. Dr. Roken also practices general commercial law and admitted as advocate and legal consultant at all levels of local and federal courts of UAE. Dr. Al Roken was the Chairman of the UAE Jurists Association (198-2004) an apex body of the legal profession in UAE. Dr. Roken is a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL) and International Bar Association., Vice President of International Association of Lawyers (UIA), France (2004- till date ). Member International Commercial Arbitration Court (representative of UAE) 2005. Dr. Roken has written several research papers and articles which have
been published in leading law journals and is author of several books.(

Mr. Shahid M. Khan M.A., LL.B., University of Punjab, Lahore. Attended Academy of International & American Law at University of Texas, U.S.A. Mr. Mutasim Khalil Mohammed A Sudanese national, graduated from University of Khartoum, Sudan, LL.B. (Honours), 1995. Worked as an advocate at Omar Abdul Atee Law Firm in Khartoum (1996-1998) and then joined as a Legal Consultant Galadari & Associates in Dubai (1998-2002). Member of Sudan Bar Association.
