History of the Firm
Al Sharif Advocates & Legal Consultants was founded in Dubai in 1982.
Since our establishment we have steadily grown and proved to be one of
the leading consulting and litigation law firms in the United Arab Emirates.
Our office in Dubai operates in collaboration with a network of correspondent
offices in the GCC countries, Germany and other European countries guaranteeing
our clients fast and up-to-date services and consultation.
Specialised Team of Professionals
Al Sharif Advocates & Legal Consultants currently comprises 15 lawyers
from nine different nations including the United Arab Emirates, other
Arab countries, Germany, France, New Zealand and Russia. We have managed
to create a team of professionals with different backgrounds and experience,
fully devoted to our clients needs. The needs of foreign and more particular
European investors are taken care of by Mr. Jörg Seifert, a German
attorney-at-law and partner in the firm. Mr. Jörg Seifert has been
practicing law in the Middle East since 1995 and is a specialist in cross-border
transactions, direct investments and marketing within the GCC countries
and more particularly the United Arab Emirates. In close co-operation
with his colleagues Mr. Jörg Seifert is, amongst other tasks, focussing
on advising clients on all business related legal issues and on developing,
negotiating and implementing investment strategies.
