What are we doing in Dubai?
A.T. Kearney is already working constantly for more than five years in
the UAE and the Middle East region. In order to service our growing number
of clients and support the continued diversification and growth of the
UAE economy it was a logical consequence to open an office in Dubai. We
established our regional base at the Dubai International Financial Centre
(DIFC) in May 2006 and are proud to contribute to the growth of the UAE
economy. In the UAE and Middle East we are working for both local firms
and international clients. Recently we served local clients in key sectors
such as government, financial institutions, investment companies, real
estate, utilities, new economy and transportation. Our flagship project
in the region is the strategy development and implementation of Dubai
Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), which is creating a global aerospace manufacturing
and service operation. For international clients we continually do market
sizing and market entry strategies to enter successfully the Middle East
region.
